Anniston Rotary Club will meet at Berman Museum of World History On Tuesday, April 21st at 12:00Noon
Enjoy lunch catered by the Museum League, and tour the Smithsonian exhibit – The Working White House.
Two centuries of stories and traditions are preserved in The Working White House: 200 Years of Tradition and Memories, an exhibition developed with the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage and the White House Historical Association. Archival and contemporary images, videos, as well as fascinating oral histories of workers who have served presidents from William Taft through George W. Bush convey the occupational culture of this uniquely private yet public place.
Sign up at the April 14th Rotary meeting, or email Cheryl Bragg
CBragg@annistonmuseum.org to let her know you will attend.
We invite you to bring your spouse or a friend as your rotary guest as well – just note on the sign up sheet or email, and we will be sure to have plenty of food to accommodate them.
