The Anniston Rotary Club partners with SIFAT (Servants in Faith and Technology) to provide clean water wells for communities in Bolivia. Tom Corson, Executive Director was presented a check today for $3,000. More than 6,000 people die every day from water related illnesses, and about 2.6 billion people around the world lack access to adequate sanitation. Experts say that unsanitary water is responsible for about 80 percent of all diseases in developing countries. FOR MOST OF THE WORLD, CLEAN WATER IS MEDICINE.
